From leading investment projects at IIMA Ventures to designing impactful programs with incubators and accelerators, he offers both strategic insight and practical experience. Abhishek dedicates hours to staying updated on trends and technology. He’s passionate about supporting entrepreneurs who are building against the odds and helping them turn bold ideas into mainstream successes. With his current role at IIHMR Startups, he oversees the fundraising initiatives to support the foundation and develop public health innovation infrastructure to bridge engineering innovation with clinical systems, aiming to foster greater tech adoption with scaled impact.

Dipankar Rabha is an entrepreneur and communications strategist with an MBA in Marketing and Finance from ICFAI University Jaipur. An ex-founder of Oxy3Plants (green home gardening solutions) and Xhoper (a hilly food marketplace), he brings hands-on experience in building ventures from idea to execution. Previously, as Director of Communications at the UK-based Cardon Banfield Foundation, he led impactful campaigns and partnerships to advance social justice and human rights, especially for homeless communities during the COVID-19 crisis. Passionate about bridging ideas with impact, Dipankar combines entrepreneurial drive, social consciousness, and strategic expertise to fuel innovation-led problem solving in India.
